I agree that it appears to be tapeworm segments. Equimax is less expensive that Zimectrin Gold. The dosages are different, so you might want to look at post 2 here for the different dosages:

Tapeworms have intermediate hosts which are earthworms, snails, slugs, flies, beetles, ants, and termites, who spread the tapeworm eggs. So treating for the tapes won’t get rid of them if you don’t also get rid of the hosts that the chicken may eat. The one ml syringes can be found at Walmart Pharmacy. They sell ones with needles in some states, but they also will give you a free one without a needle to give medicines to babies.

Yes and a Google search shows tapeworms look just like this. I followed them around yesterday and fresh poop had them.

Just read through the whole thread, keep us updated. I can only find 0.03ml/lb as dosage, but it’s the dosage for Praziquantel. Are they different?

Equimax dosage is 0.033ml per pound of weight. So weigh your hens.
Give the dewormer first thing in the morning when the crop is empty. Repeat in 10-14 days.
