Give the dewormer first thing in the morning when the crop is empty. Repeat in 10-14 days.

You will want to consult your vet or do some research on withdrawal times. Using Praziquantel (and most any other dewormer) is off label use and not approved for use in laying/meat chickens.

If I were to use this dewormer I'd wait no less than 2 weeks after the second dose to use eggs.

Some people don't wait at all.
Some people wait a month.
