Worms, respiratory disease, or Both?

She is a free-roaming chicken but do you think that because she got injured she got them worse than the others?

We made a natural de-wormer because we are trying to avoid using medications. They were working for a day or so, then she started sneezing and not eating really fast!

If she has worms you need to go buy a proper chemical de-wormer if you want to de-worm. I recommend Safeguard for goats ($30). If $30 is an issue, get a tube of Safeguard ($12) or Panacur($15) for horses. Give 0.23 ml per pound of body weight for 5 consecutive days.

If she has a bacterial respiratory infection she might benefit from an antibiotic.

Okay, thank you so much, I will discuss this with my family members. I am sure they would not mind, they just want her better just like me!
