Worms? Treatment?

I think my chickens have worms, we have 7 hens who don't free range due to losing many chickens to predators. One of the seven was sick last month (I made a post about it here) she was sitting with her eyes closed, explosive diarrhea and puffed up. I brought her in the house and gave her Nutridrench and cat food, she was feeling better that evening and I put her out with the other hens. My worry is, she seems to have lost weight as well as the other six and most seem to have diarrhea. They are also laying around quite a bit, but we have had an exceptionally hot summer here. They have also had several bouts of mites, which I try to stay right on top of using Permethrin inside the coop and also bathe in dog shampoo containing Permethrin. We don't have a vet near us that cares for farm animals, heck, since COVID, can barely get your cats/dogs in to see the vet. I purchase some Safeguard a couple of weeks ago and haven't given it to them yet, but I think I will tomorrow, would love to hear more experienced owners of chickens chime in with advice and dosing...

Do you have photos of the hens and their poop?

What do you feed including treats?
How old are they?

Check to see that their crops are emptying overnight.
If you have been battling mites and the hens still have them, this may be one reason why they are doing poorly.
Dust your hens with a Permethrin based poultry dust and treat the coop with Permethrin spray. Do this in 5-7 days intervals to help break the cycle.

It wouldn't hurt to give your hens poultry vitamins a couple of times a week or feed them some extra protein like fish, egg or beef liver to help give them a boost.

Safeguard (Fenbendazole) is a good dewormer and will treat most worms that poultry can have except for Tapeworms. Dose is 0.23ml per pound of weight given orally once a day for 5 days in a row.

Thanks for your response, two of the hens are 3-4 years, two are 2 years, and three are one year. They are fed Egg Max Layer pellets with oyster shells on the side. Very rare treats consist of a handful of scratch approximately 3 x's a week (one handful for all 7 hens). I use Permethrin spray for the inside of their coop and either dust on them or bathe them in dog shampoo containing Permethrin. I also spray around the outside of the coop and use dust in their dust bath and on the run floor. I don't have pictures of their poop, but could get some, but most do have pasty butt. Safeguard is what I have purchased to use as the dewormer, I don't believe that they have tapeworms, haven't seen any in their poop and I've been watching for them. I think they may have worms from the run floor since they can't free range, the run is currently 5'x15', but we have two ten foot panels to add to make it 15'x15'.
