Worms?

I would have to agree with @staceyj looks like tapeworm segments from what I can see - a close up photo would be great:)

You can treat with either Valbazen or Fenbendazole - both are found at feed stores like Tractor Supply. Valbazen dosage is 1/2 ml orally and then repeated in 10 days for each chicken and Fenbendazole (Safeguard, Panacur) dosage is 1/4 ml per pound of weight, dose each chicken separately for 5 days in a row.
