I finally got another rooster after losing my last and wouldn't you know this one has worms. Theyre small little grain looking worms. I have gone to 2 rural kings, tractor supply and called 2 vets. I can't find dewormer anywhere. I'm looking for ideas/info/websites to purchase from. I am starting to think having a rooster just wasn't meant to be.

So what should I get because I've been all over trying to figure this out and can't.
I use Flubenol5% dosage 1,2 g per kg feed for 7 consecutive days feeding only the medicated food, not treats or extras on the side.
But I learned that Flubenol5% is not easy to get in the USA, maybe look into aquarist supplies as it is recommended for deworming fish as well.

You may also use Safeguard liquid goat dewormer or Safeguard paste, both Fenbendazole and available at TSC. But Fenbendazole might not take care of tapeworms as far as I know, so you might need some other dewormer.

Youre not going to believe this but I have some of that lol. Oh thank gosh. Thank you for your help.

The Flubenol. I had forgot we bought it awhile back for another rooster and when tapeworm was mentioned I remembered how my cat needed something different for that and it all clicked. We had it stashed inside of our rabbit supplies.
