Are superworms good to feed the chickens? And can they eat them everyday? How much is too much?

What about giving them nightcrawlers? or maybe they are too big???

I go down to Turner's Outdoors and buy them night crawlers from the fishing section. Not too many at a time as they are big, maybe one or two a day to each girl. They know the container as soon as I come out of the house.
