Wormy poop

Ok so we have Bob the Broiler in the house (due to him having a pecking wound) and when he pooped last night I noticed it was moving...yep it was THE WORMS!
What I don't get about this is that we wormed the broilers when they came to the house in Jan. Why would they still have worms>?
I guess this means I will now have to re-worm the entire flock, right?
I gave Bob some more ivermectin last night so I am hoping that will take care of his problem, but any suggestions on why they would still have them?

what formula/type of ivermectin did you give?

is it possible he got missed?

Nope they all got it. I just use regular ivermectin 1% and give it to them orally.

I suggest alternating wormers or they start to build up a tolerance to it,the worms not the chickens

This was their first time being wormed, well for the "broilers".
