Worried about a new roo down the street...

Thank you all! I went down there today to try and talk with them about the "undercover police" being here but thats a different story. Sadly they weren't home and I didn't see any of the birds walking around but with the prints in the snow it seemed like there were 100s of chickens down there LOL I knew there was a couple girls that lived down the street but I didn't know they lived AT the house. They speak very good english and like to talk chicken with me. I will try to speak with them again tomorrow.
