Worried about chicks that are not able to help themselves

22nd February, I stopped the egg turning, there are a few eggs with pips that have not hatched yet. I did help our one or two but it didn’t help since the neck was to one side.

What should I do?
Help the others with the pips too?

What day were the eggs due? Since you stopped turning on the 22nd, I'd guess they were due on the 25th?

How long has it been since they have externally pipped and made no progress? If it has been 24 hours or more, it may be time to step in. Here's a guide on how to assist, if you need to:

Many people say not to help because it causes weak genes in your gene pool. But I always do. Often times they get stuck due to drying and not a deformity or anything like that.

I stoppedal helping things hatch when one egg I did help had a bird with no beak and no eyes. It died soon after hatching. If they don't hatch there's a reason for it.
