Worried about Hen

Hi everyone! I’m not sure if I should be concerned but I don’t think one of my hens has been laying... I’m not 100% sure but I don’t recall seeing her normal brown eggs for about a week. This morning I woke to a fairly large egg in the nesting box and a bunch of yolk everywhere on the bottom of nesting box and all over her chest and feet! This egg could belong to one other girl but I can’t tell for sure. Either way, could my hen be egg bound or could she have had an egg crack inside her? I’m not sure what to do. I plan on giving her a bath because of the yolk all over her. Should I check for anything? Thank you all so much for the help! Update: just went outside and noticed a softish shell hanging from her tail feathers. She seems to be fine otherwise.. eating.. walking around... could one of the eggs have broken inside her and the other egg pushed it out? I’m so confused on my next step...

Has she been broody? Any egg eating in the past?
