Worried about newly hatched chicks

It looks gross.... There's a blood clot and I don't think everything was absorbed from the membrane. I wonder how it got disconnected from the sack? I'm tryin to upload a picture now.

I agree with the other posts. During a past hatch, I had an egg pip on the pointy end of the egg and a couple pip on the top of the big end of the eggs. They all hatched out fine unassisted.

After many many hatches, I've learned.... if your temps and humidity are right, then DONT OPEN THE BATOR... lol. Hard as it is to do, just let them hatch on their own. I never even think about opening it until day 23+.
