We got a BA and a BO last week. Since they came home, and BO has taken off. She has nearly tripled her weight from 30g to 87g in just 7 days. The BA has gone from 30g to 74g. That's a big difference.

that she's just a fast grower!!!

BOs can reach 8lb, versus 7.5 for a barred rock and 6.5 for a rhode island red. So I'd still be optimistic that she is a she.

Thanks for pointing that out. I just checked the Henderson's chart and saw that the BO can get up to 8lbs whereas the BA will be closer to 6.5.

That little BO has gotten really hefty!
