Worried my Tom may have broken neck! and he's staggering..

I found my 7 mo. old turkey laying down in a corner looking hurt. I saw his neck is hanging down and crooked. When I picked him up to see if he could stand he staggered all over. Not eating or drinking. My first thought is perhaps my goat head butted or horned him. Any ideas or suggestions of what I can do? I am sick with sadness and worry. He's beautiful and is my Christmas card photo I'm mailing out this year.
