Worried water got in my barred rock's ear. What to do?

My barred rock had a case of poultry lice with our humid weather exacerbating it, so I gave her a bath as per directed by some other hen owners. She struggled a bit and I'm worried her ears may have gotten water in them. I was careful but she was not having and her head got a bit wet. After a bit she totally relaxed, but I noticed immediately after the bath she was stumbling around. She seems to be doing a little better, but I'm worried about her. This didn't happen last time I gave the buggy chickens baths earlier this week, but I didn't soak them for 10 mins that time.

Any advice on what to look out for, or is there anything I can do?

Hopefully if you got water in her ears it will evaporate.

How hot was the water, and what type of soap/product did you use to bathe them in?

The stumbling, I am not sure about.

Perhaps it would be best to use a poultry dust that you can find at the local feed store to treat for lice/mites.
Treat the chickens, clean out your coop and treat it. Repeat in 7days to help kill off any nits.

Chickens will take dust baths to help control lice/mites so if you don't have an area they normal dust bathe in then you may want to consider providing one for them.

Thanks for responding. She's alright now. And I did the poultry dust as per recommendation. I switched to pine shavings since bugs don't like those as much. All chickens are now lice and mite free-- hurray!
