So my Lakenvelder was recently attacked and is now shaken up pretty bad, can’t even stand up. So I put her in the cage with her friend so she wouldn’t feel stress and lonely leaving them both with food and clean water hoping she’ll recover but I am getting anxious about her health

So sorry about your hen, but I think she may be in shock. You need to take her out and get some electrolyte and sugar water solution into her. If you have Gatorade use that. Or if you have something like nutridrench mix some with water and add a bit of sugar. Dip her beak in gently to get her to drink the solution or use a dropper to dribble a few drops on her beak so she will take them in. Try to get her to drink more than a few drops, though. Don’t put any directly in her beak otherwise you risk her aspirating. After she gets some of the solution in her, place her somewhere warm, dark and quiet to recover. She will be fine alone, it’ll be best, actually for the time being. You need to act fast, shock can kill quickly.

Does she have any injuries?

You need to keep trying to treat her, shock can last up to 48 hours. Did you add a bit of sugar to the electrolyte solution? She will need that, too. Do as listed above, all the steps and check her over for injury. is she injured?

Checked on her and no visible injuries, I think they head her head. And I added a sugar and she dranked some. I forgot to add that both of them were bullied only that the other one were not pecked the most

I’m sorry they’re getting bullied. You might want to read up on bullying. I’ll see what info I can find after we try to save your other hen.

She may have head injuries. It’s hard to say with her condition. See if she responds to being treated for shock. Keep trying to get her to take in a bit of the electrolyte and sugar water solution if you can. After she drinks some place her somewhere warm, quiet and dark so she can recover.

If she pulls out of shock but seems like she has a head injury, you can try to treat with vitamin E and a vitamin B complex. You can give her 400IU Vitamin E and 1/4 tablet B-Complex daily.
