What do you think the OP's bird has...canker, blackhead? Not in this instance.You could try a little acidified copper sulfate in their water (1/4 tsp per gal of water) probably do it only once or twice this week. It's not intended to be used excessively. And is more along the lines of supplemental help to kick the infection.
