sorry. my camera is horrible and she wouldn't keep still. will this suffice?
 
You could try a little acidified copper sulfate in their water (1/4 tsp per gal of water) probably do it only once or twice this week. It's not intended to be used excessively. And is more along the lines of supplemental help to kick the infection.
 
What I am seeing in one of the pictures looks like mild frostbite on a couple of comb tips. Is it cold where you are? I don't see pox in your pictures, and that occurs during warm months when mosquitoes are out. What do you think the OP's bird has...canker, blackhead? Not in this instance.

Is 'Peck marks' what it sounds like? just my hens fighting and pecking each other? they are all very close to one and other. Been together their whole lives (literally).
