Oh, yeah. I would totally be confiscating that shirt, especially since DH thinks you are being ungrateful. See if HE ever gets to wear it. I think it would be the PERFECT shirt to wear for chicken chores. Tie a knot in the corner (aka the 1980s) and wear it with pride!

Ya'll are cracking me up! It really hurts my feelings that she is such a butthead. I told DH this afternoon that I am buying son-in-law a pair of pants for them to "share" next year...he didn't say a word. He knows I'm right, he just is in denial. This is the THIRD time she has given him a gift through me, and I got the shaft....dunno what her stinkin deal is, but even on my birthday she did this?!?! Why not just NOT get me a gift

at least THAT would be an honest approach.

Whens her birthday? OOh you HAVE to buy that litle snot those big mens jeans for her birthday... Or buy her something that you KNOW she will hate and her husband will love.

I could do something like that for her anniversary, but I don't think I can be THAT mean....it will be their first anniversary together. DH just ate all my Christmas candy too

I get in trouble for calling stuff junk. I will tell somebody I'll bring them a load of junk to sell and sometimes they'll look at it and say "That's good stuff, not junk!". I just tell them after 30 years of hauling it's all junk. If it brings a good price it's just good junk!

Going by the selling price, lately it's just junk.

I think everything is junk right now.

One year my sister gave me a frozen bra. (I had asked for a chest freezer.) She said she had to hunt and hunt for a really really big one....it was a size smaller than what I wore. I honestly thought the actual chest freezer was out in the garage.

but it wasn't.....that was all she, and her very well employed husband, gave me. I bought presents for her two kids and her and the hubby.....

Better yet, regift it back to her!

Ya'll are so devious!!! I really want to, but I will likely wind up still getting her nice presents anyway. I'm just still mad right now. She's such a stankin brat though, she really does infuriate me....and DH does NOT help! The young one, who is always ALWAYS clashing with me, actually got me something I liked. Hershey bar with almonds, out of her own Christmas money even!! I shared it with her even though she is technically NOT supposed to have chocolate

Now THAT was a thoughtful gift!
