worst kind of egg eater

ive been missing some eggs lately and couldn't figure out why till i caught the culprit in the act of eating 2 eggs. Ends up it was one of my hens eating the eggs of the other chickens. Even after feeding here her laying mesh and oyster shells she keeps eating eggs. worst part about it is shes one of my best layers but shes got to go been eating more then she lays.

If you have decided to get rid of her, I would do it before she teaches the other hens how tasety the eggs are.
