Worst. Movie. Ever.

Here's a thought...

If you're going to post spoilers on a movie that's been released nationwide for about 3-1/2 minutes, you might want to put the words SPOILER ALERT at the top of your post so people who actually might want to go enjoy a movie can do so without knowing exactly what happens.. The word you DON'T want to use is 'synopsis' because those are posted all over the place without managing to ruin everything, so people aren't generally used to averting their eyes to something labeled SYNOPSIS.

I was gonna go see Paranormal Activity...now, well, I guess not, since I know exactly what happens.

Thanks so much.

Not to seem rude but the topic of this discussion was "WORST.MOVIE.EVER." Wouldn't you expect for people to say what movies were about in this posting? No reason to get so mad about it, it's only a movie.

Any of the "Land Before Time" movies...the triteness is palpable. Actually, most kids' sing-along movies make me want to go hide...

It's one thing to say what a movie's about, but entirely another thing to post spoilers and totally ruin a movie for those who hasn't seen it yet.. That's rude.. The phrase "spoiler alert" is daggone near as old as the internet itself and it's just common courtesy to preface spoiler posts with the word "SPOILER" or "SPOILER ALERT"..

That said....true, it's only a movie...but it happens to be a movie I was planning to go see this coming weekend with my wife as sort of a geeky Halloween date-night thing. We almost went and saw it last weekend, but decided to go closer to Halloween just to be as geeky as possible..

Guess I'd just kinda been looking forward to seeing it for a while...but not anymore.

You'll have to forgive me if I'm a little aggravated that something I was looking forward too for a few weeks now just got crushed on account of a few careless words.

Now, if you'll excuse me...I have to go flag that post for moderation..

Okay. Let's remember to use the phrase Spoiler Alert. I admit, I hadn't thought about it either but it is pretty easy to put at the top of our spoilers.

Who else has seen Paranormal activity yet ?
I have no plans Saturday so I think I'm gonna go watch it with some friends and then head to the local spooky cemetery around 2am

I saw the old version (the original ending). I didnt pay to see it (but didnt see it illegally either) so I liked it. If I HAD paid a good amout to see it I would have been a little more unhappy with it..
I watched it in the dark before I went to bed to make it extra creepy for me.

Abby's mom :

I dont think I will make any new friends with this one but I thought Sex in the city was lame..

it was a 2 hour TV show,

I am not a big fan of the TV show made into movie theme.

I love the show, but I agree, I was disappointed in the movie. I saw it for the first time a few weeks ago. What shocked me the most was how much everyone had AGED in just four years! A lot of the parts were really cheesy, too.

Here's one that won't make me any friends.

For me, one of the worst movies I've seen has been Twilight. Watching it made me want to jam a screwdriver in the side of my head.
When I saw the baseball game scene, I almost quite literally died.

I think its totally OK if you disagree but Dan in Real Life was AWFUL! At the time I watched this with my cousins hey had just got chicks and we just kept abandoning the movie to play with them. After watching it I was like:smack then I was like:he then...

and after that I was all:somad and:rant and then:ya because it was finaly over. A really good movie was March of the Penguins. A lot of people say it was boring but I really love penguins so I thought it was great.
