Would a fairy egg hatch? It has a yolk!

I forgot who, but someone here mentioned that they once hatched an egg from a pullet that had barely started laying and they had to help the chick out of the egg because the egg was hard as a rock (I’m exaggerating, but still harder than a normal egg and a normal chick wouldn’t be able to make an external pip nor zip out).

So although it is possible, it’s not really recommended. Plus they’ll just be small chicks.

Would the chick grow up to be bantam or standard size?

It's still a standard breed if it's from a standard mother, just might end up being a little more runty and probably weaker, I'm not sure if it's a good idea to hatch fairy eggs but then again I've never done it. I was told back in 4H to not hatch pullet eggs, I can't remember the exact reason though.
