Would appreciate some expert advice on weeder geese

My family and I own a 60+ acre farm. We grown a variety of fruit trees, berries and grapes along with vegetables. I would like to add geese to help with weed control and added fertilizer especially in our vineyard and blueberries and blackberries. If I rotated the flock from one location to the next, would electric fencing be best and what size flock would be best for a 1 acre area every few days? What varieties would be best overall for this type of work? Thanks in advance!

Maybe Cotton Patch. IIRC they were bred specifically for weeding VS eggs or meat. They do fly and are endangered.

I have considered that breed, but no luck finding any near me (northeastern Alabama).
