would color of egg tell if it was fertile or not??

it seems that all my silkies that lay tan colored eggs end up being the ones that are fertile and their is one silkie that lays white eggs that never end up being fertile at all? is this a weird or what?

the shell color has absolutely nothing to do with fertility. it is just happenstance.

Coincidence. That particular hen probably doesn't like the rooster or vice versa, or some other reason for her particular eggs not being fertile. Just *happens* to be a hen with identifiably different colored eggs.

Egg shell color has nothing to do with fertility.

Is the light colored egg shells thinner? Do they seem easier to crack? This may play some role in viability.
