Would I let my Muscovy duck to select a place to lay her eggs ?

I got a female Muscovy duck she selects a place of her own to lay her eggs on a tree bed or somewhere in the the ground but i think it is not very suitable place to lay the eggs in the ground though it is the summer because it is rainy these days.

- Would I make a dry place with straw and put her in it till she lay her eggs. Because I'm afraid of my new eggs which comes after two three weeks later.

-Please help me. I'm afraid that whether my new generation of ducklings would hatch in the Future.

-Please help me in this critical situation.

if you have a pet carrier like a plastic dog crate she might make her nest in there. Make sure you watch her though, some muscovies will eat their own ducklings.
