Would Integrated Polish Cockerel Be A Good Roo?

I have (maybe) two polish cockerels in my batch of 3 polish. When I decide on the one to keep and I integrate the polish with my other flock, will the cockerel still be a good rooster with the strange flock? I expect it wouldn't be right away, but would he ever?
 
The only problems with Polish in mixed flocks is that frequently flock mates will pluck their crests. Other than that there is little reason that a Polish cockerel could not develop into a good flock leader.
 
It can take a rooster soem time to mature.A rooster isn’t fully mature till two years,not saying yo can’t start picking out good from bad early on,because most roosters by a year have shown you just who their gonna be,and that’s that.I can say from experience,once he gets a certain age (8 or 9 months)he probably will be doing things a rooster would do.Teenage months are for purely practice,but that’s not saying he won’t step to the plate earlier on,most males do.Not saying breed has to do with any thing,but I typically hear polish are a soft breed,so he may not be perfect for a free range flock:
