Would like help determining breed and gender

Hello all,
I’ve been looking through threads trying to determine which breed my chicken is. I think it’s a New Hampshire Red, but would love it if someone could confirm. But more importantly I really need help identifying if it’s a rooster or a hen. I think it’s about 2 months old. Got it 3 weeks ago. It’s a bit aggressive, pecking at and chasing the other chickens and my ducks.
One of the pics is what it looked like 3 weeks ago. The others are from today. Thanks in advance for your help

Cockerel. Possibly mix breed. New Hamshire Reds have yellow legs

Where did you get him?

Has white shanks, so possibly a Red Sussex.

I got it farm not too far from me. He thought it was a hen, but I am able to return if it’s a rooster. I live in the city so we’re not allowed to have roosters
