Would love to make some fellow button quail lovers as friends on here?

Really have enjoyed BYC and the quail forums.
I am open for some buddy's who like buttons or even other types of quail.
I am starting my studies next year to become a vet (doing nursing first). A big change from what I use to do Desktop publishing and computers.
Anyway I would love some friends.

P.S. I promise I don't bite - well not often.

There are a lot of us on here that seem to be collecting all types of quail.
I have buttons in the front room with one side of the pen plexiglass....

Are you doing all the prevet stuff next year or vet schol?

I love quail

I raise buttons and have about a dozen or so babies, 8 or so juveniles and 10 or so adults. I also have a Coturnix quail and 3 Bobs. I raised one egg from my Bob pair in the incubator as a pet and raised her as I do a chick so it's neat to have a Bob as friendly as a pet chicken.

Welcome. Someone gave me three Pharoh and one Golden Coturnix a month ago and I've learned everything I need for them to thrive on this forum. Like you said, it's a great source of information and helpful people. I put 70 eggs in my incubator two days ago (Thanks Canter6) so hopefully I'll soon find out what it's like to hatch and brood them.

Good luck with your schooling. I'm jealous. Always wanted to be a vet.

Just hard to make friends in the real world with similar interests. Really nice to know there are A GREAT BUNCH OF QUAILERS OUT THERE!!!
