Would stone dust be good for dust baths?

I have some stone dust left over from the pool I'm having installed and would like to use some of it for the chickens to dust bathe in. Does anyone know if this would be okay for the chickens?

I don't see what would be the issue...I have used everything from, fireplace ashes, to sand to road dust.....and every combination there of

Just dont compact it down to tight,should be fine. probably serve as grit too,sounds like a win win. Its drains well too.

The problem would arise if it were so finely ground that they were able to inhale it. Kind of like breathing in silica or concrete.
