Would this be considered an EE due to small muffs?

We do have 1 EE hen and I'm guessing this chick is from her egg but could be wrong. If so the father would be RIR or Buckeye. She, I'm hoping is 7.5 wks. Would she be considered an EE?

Sorry for them out of focus.

EE maybe 7 8wks.jpg

These may smooth out. I had a few chicks that looked like they might get crests or muffs, but as more feathers came in they became smoother/sleeker.

The have become more pronounced the past 2-3 weeks. I'll have to wait to see what she, hopefully, looks like in 3-4 more weeks.

Comb doesn't look dark and I can't really tell if it has wattles in the pictures, :fl for you, looking like a pullet so far.

Well, that explains the muffs, lol. She's a pretty girl. Do you know what breed she is? Or the roo?
Unsure of the mother of the mother but could have been Americana.
The chick would have a RIR or Buckeye are father.
