blue eggs if you took a ee rooster and mated it with a sex link and the eggs hatched out hen would they lay blue/green eggs?

Can't say but if you crossed an EE blue or green egg laying hen with a Delaware roo the offspring hens will lay brown. Now I have read that the comb will tell the color of the egg. Single - brown , rose - colored.

I will cross these brown / single comb hens to the Lav amer rooster and see what happens.

not rose.. it's pea combed.. and yes it is linked to the blue egg gene...

The only way to get blue eggs, is breed back to an Ameraucana, or Araucana.

Breeding EE's is always a crap shoot, as is all crossbreeding objectitives. Breeding an EE to any brown egg laying bird, will most likely 75% of the time result in a brown egg laying offspring.
