Would you put a small ladder/"H" roost in front of the nesting boxes?

I was advised that as my pullets get closer to full grown, they won't fit on the roost closest to my screen in the picture below (their current favorite roost) and that the other two roosts are likely not enough for 4 hens (I have 5 small chickens right now but one is likely a cockerel and will be finding a new home within the next month). The current roost an "H" shape.

The two on the ground eventually were on the roost for the night.

On the other side is my nesting boxes entrance and the rails for my guillotine door, but if I used brackets, I could probably duplicate what I did pictured above on the other side of the coop. My concern was having roosts right where the nesting boxes are.

Do you think I'm creating issues for myself if I add the roosts on that side because of the nest boxes and/or door rails? Think it'd be okay? Other ideas?

The roost needs to be about 15" away from the walls. Think about how long a hen is when she sits down and covers her feet. 4 hens will need 3-4' of roosting space. You look like you have that.
