Wound on guinea, what do I do

Not sure what to do. I separated the birds, 1st time bird mom.

I would clean the wound and and apply plain neosporin or triple antibiotic ointment. @Eggcessive

#2 clean good wound cleaner
#3 is that dark spot a deeper hole?
#4 I have had great success with Veterycin hydrogel spray on a simpler wound. It sealed the wound, keeping it clean, and the wound healed quickly.
