My 2 yo rooster has a wound on his comb and small white bumps in two folds of his waddle that don't wipe off. The comb wound has been there for 2ish weeks. It's on both side of the comb in the same location. Most of it is scabbed over but there is a little bit of blood where chickens may be picking. The white bumps showed up in the last week.

I live in Florida so it's not frost bite.

The rooster is still eating and behaving normal. My hens all appear to have healthy combs.

I tried blu-coate on the comb and it seemed to make the wound worse. I've put some honey on it now

It looks a little bloody like he is scratching it or others are picking at it. It might be injury from pecking or scratching. Running into fencing or hardware cloth might cause injury. I would look him over for any mites or lice, and put some ointment or cream on it. Some possible ones would be Bag Balm, Vitamin A&D ointment, Nustock Cream, coconut oil, or vaseline. If you see lice or mites on his skin, permethrin dust or spray can help, applied at 7 day intervals until gone.
