wound .. to wrap or not??

My hen not yet 4 months/ was bitten
by?? her back has a hole that I believed Isaw some inners I cleaned her up,
and her pen, she is alone with her sister.and locked up at night.
I am concerned about infection,
after readin a few threads here.
should I get antibiotics on her, there was not much blood and she is eating and drinking and jumps to her 2ft. roost .But rests more then usual.
I examined her this morning and it seems the wound has
shrunk some. what more can Ido for her. I have not used any
thing to wash her except a damp warm cloth.

I'd put some Neosporin ointment on her, or a similar product, then a Telfa type dressing taped to feathers, and then a saddle:

I'd also watch them closely a while to see of the other hen is doing this.
