Hooraayyy for digital cameras. Doesn't cost you a thing to take shots, even if half of them turn out to be junk. Man remember to old days. Had to turn in the film, wait a week, pay a lot of money for the prints, and still half of them were junk.
I love the last image where they all stare up the air. My birds had a hard stare going on yesterday when a helicopter landed next to their field. The field next to us is being used as a fire helicopter refueling station when needed. This does not mean that there is a fire near, it means the helicopter may be back to its station and runs low on fuel so they come out with a fueling truck. Yesterday it had a water bucket attached. It is very interesting how they land with it being attached since they cannot land on top of it. They lower the bucket until it hits the ground and then they land next to it with the rope still being attached. Really cool. Here are some cute shots I have taken:
