This is my first time incubating. I knew the eggs would lose weight during incubation and development but I never realized that I would be able to feel the difference. When I turned them today they just felt so much lighter than they have the past two weeks! This is just so neat!

I was going to weigh mine before I set them and didn't. Now I really wish I did so I could prove to myself I'm not crazy and I really do feel a difference!

If you keep them at 35% humidity (between 20% & 40%) for the first 18 days, they will loose the correct amount of weight, giving them room enough (and air) enough to hatch out when you bump it up to 65% at lockdown.
