WOW . offered Free Bantams

WOW , my hubby Mike just called me and we were offered 10 free Bantams .... Some already laying and the rest CLOSE TO BEGINNING .


Should we have any problems mixing them with the rest of our flock ? We have 29 teens about 12 - 14 weeks old . Combination of RIR's , Austolorps , and B Rocks .... we also have 7 laying hens .

Make sure to quarantine them!

I couldn't tell you about the integration though as mine are mostly all young. Maybe housing them in cages IN the coop so no one can pick on them, but they can get used to seeing them, etc.
