Wrath's Marans

I put mine into lockdown last night too :woot :woot
Hope you have great hatch. These are the ones your dry hatching correct? What's your humidity levels?

I know you weren't asking me, but I was going to make a comment anyway :lau

I basically dry hatched this time, the air cells aren't as big today as I'd like in either incubator and they've barely used any water the whole time. Earlier this year I would fill the jars twice, this time I haven't added any water and both still have plenty. Our ambient rh has gone from around 20% in the winter and now we're 40% to 50% most of the time. If this doesn't work for Marans I'll have to only hatch Marans really early in the season.

Now I want to test under a broody 😄 if a broody can hatch in this humidity would be interesting.

I totally read that as you need more Marans eggs... Check 👍
