I am glad the blue silver cockerel is looking mighty fine. His silver is staying nice. If there is anywhere for the silver to be iffy, it's the wing bows on the blue silver cock birds.

Really loving the colors coming in! That green sheen is so pretty.

I have one w/ some deep purple/green and he's going to be a stunning bird. Wish you were closer as I would just gift him to you lol.

Sad news this morning.. W/R passed away overnight. She's been battling something respiratory I believe and we've had her separated while we try to get her feeling better, but lost the battle. I had some names picked out for the banded girls but hadn't designated them yet. So with that, she is forever Doro and resting comfortably next to Joannie now, hopefully at peace. She gave me lots of beautiful eggs and I've got 4 of her little ones growing big, so I'm happy in that.

Sorry for the loss, respiratory bugs/heart issues have been my number one killer sadly. Hopefully it's not AI or anything. I know our local cases in NY we haven't seen one since April (thankfully).

Thanks...yes I'm watching the rest of the birds but seems so far just her. I'll be watching her progeny also to see if it's genetic.

I really like the autosomal red on the shoulders of blue silvers. I know it’s a fault, but i always like how the blue and red compliments each other. I wish the silver salmon allowed red shoulders so at least one variety had them.
