Getting close...4 of the BCM boys are 19 weeks ish and the rest are all younger. I'd have to check ages on the Silver boys, they might be close to that 19 # also.You have some cockerels about the right age for taste testing available don't you?

I typically aim for 16 ish weeks to get them off the feed bill earlier. I did a batch at 14 weeks because I was going on vacation and wanted to take care of it early to make things easier on the chicken sitters. I don’t recommend 14 weeks it hit between molts and plucking pin feathers was horrible.
