Does anyone here use Neck Wringers for their Turkeys, or even Chickens? I am thinking of going this route for the next culling session. I don't like dealing with the bloody mess in the water when I go to pluck, so I prefer to decapitate after plucking. Also, we just processed our Turkey the Sunday before Halloween and it did not go well at the begining. I knew we were going to have to decapitate her and bleed before plucking her, but it was a mess. We don't have cones either. But was thinking that maybe this wringer idea would be a good way to process our next Turkey as we are going to do her soon.
