Wrinkly and slab sided egg!!

My 10 month CQ pullet Flo laid this today! She's got bumblefoot and is in chicken recovery zone (an old dog crate) and laid this about 20 minutes ago. So weird! She's got access to oyster shell.

Your egg is slab sided, which usually occurs when multiple eggs are released into the shell gland, and as a result, one egg will appear messed up where the two made contact...

This can be caused by stress, or stress from change or disease, so the bumble foot may have triggered this in some way.

Not calcium level related.

Of course, and I understand.

I made a typo. It should have said Slab Sided and not Slab Slide. My bad! Sorry!
