Wrinkly egg

No we didn’t since we treated with Ivermectin. Do I have to refrigerate the poop until I get it to the vet?
Ivermectin not good for worms.
Can you collect poop just before you take it in? A few poops mixed together would be good.
Know that I do not think worms are causing the wrinkled eggs though.

I fear it may be IB causing the egg issue but not sure how to confirm or treatment. I will call the vet to make sure I can bring it in tomorrow. They are all active, eating, combs look good but are losing weight.

This is my state lab and I am sharing this link with you only to show what my lab charges.

It looks like the test is a blood test.

I have not had to send anything to be tested for my birds but my vet did draw blood from my dog and it was sent to the place above for testing.

Well thank you so much! I am going to start with the poop but not sure my vet will draw blood from my child. I will check!

Getting blood from a chicken is easy peasy.
;)
I would call your state lab in the morning and speak directly to them if I were you.
My state lab accepts sample from regular old people like me but some will only accept samples from a vets office.

I'd ask prices too so you can know what you are talking about when you talk to your vet.
