Writing goals

So like in the beginning when Gallius fell from heaven and created Eshur

He chose…crap I can’t remember
*flips back to whatever number Arne said*

Idk
He chose some people for “the blessing”
And they all had names and so every Casothien has a bloodname which is the name of the very first Casothien that individual is descended from.
Due to their monitoring of lineage, they are able to determine which individual has more of what ancestor in their history.
20
There were twenty Chosen

And each of them have their life story immortalized in ancient song
Ok! So kinda like the lineage of the Israelites then? You have the Levites, but then you have specific family groups named after a specific offspring like Machir. (Sorry, I just got out of the book of Numbers. It made me think of that. )

Someday, even if it's years from now, you ought to do a story on the Twenty. I'd love to read it! :love

(Oh, back to Casimir. Choice. After I got off of here for the night, my mind went to Casimir finally making his choice and tried to go off crazy on that. Thankfully I was able to calm it before it went too far because I do need sleep.)

I've actually decided to put my goal off. On my piece, I've been working on a chapter a month, and my goal was to do one more chapter before the end of the year. I was intentionally taking the first two weeks of this month off due to some work that I needed my brain for, but then I got all of it done within two days. So then I was just going to take that week off and start working on my piece this week, but then... I decided there's something I really should be doing, so I started that this week and my short story is going to be on hold until further notice. I do hope to get back to it next month, with the new set goal of finishing it by Summer.

So, if anyone is wondering what it is that I'm up to, it's typing. This week I've started taking typing lessons. I took some a few years ago, but it was at the end of the school year so I wasn't able to finish them, and then afterward I didn't put any time into perfecting what I did learn. Obviously some of it has stuck with me, but I have gotten into typing (and typing fast), the wrong way. I'm hoping with these lessons I can regain what I lost and will be able to learn to type the right way.

Right now, it's going very slow, but I've been rushing the course and have done nearly two weeks' worth of lessons in this week alone, plus doing some extra practice outside of the lessons, trying to get more familiar with everything. It is expected and ok that I'm so slow right now, but I'm rushing because I want to get myself back up to speed by the time I write again.

(Back to my chapter a month, I have taken whole months off for breaks before, so this month will likely be considered a break. I do know that I can feel the need to be working on it, but hopefully this break will help my brain to come back stronger.)
