Wrong End External Pip... Assistance?

Okay thank you all for the advice I really appreciate it. So much information out there that is misleading on times and intervention. I just want to do right by these babies. I am so very grateful for the information. Seeing advice in real time is a lot more comforting then digging through old post and misleading info. Thank you again!!
