Wry Neck Duckling

Hi,
I've got a 2 month old crested mallard duckling that fell and hit her head a few days ago. Since then she has had trouble holding up her neck straight and she will completely straighten her legs causing her to fall over. My mom thinks it might be wry neck so we separated her and have been giving her vitamins and making sure she eats and drinks. She is now able to eat and drink by herself but still cannot stand or walk without falling over. I was wanting to know if there is anything else we could do for her?

Maybe try putting two pieces of cardboard on either side so the space in between is big enough for her to walk but she can use her legs to push off the sides. Kind of like how they do for swimmers syndrome in puppies. This is what I did for my chick that had wry neck. Sorry for my horrible explanation on how to build one.

I know this is pretty unlikely but she might of suffered a spinal injury during her fall.

Thank you so much for the replies. She can still still move her legs just can't balance very well. But I will give the cardboard idea a try!
