Wry neck in 2 week old Runner Duck

I've been reading the previous posts re: wry neck in poultry. My duck is eating and drinking well, 1 of 8 in brooder. Showed signs of wry neck starting 36 hours ago. Gave liquid form 100 IU Vit E capsule I had on hand today over a bit of mashed banana. No other ducks showing any illness or injury. How much Vit E and selenium should I give? For how long? Do I supplement the entire brood? Should I use commercial vitamins and minerals or natural (dandelions, sunflower seeds etc)
