So we have a 10-11 year old hen who is displaying some wry neck like symtoms, but seems to be flailing her head around quite a bit. I thought it could be seizures?
She will do it for around 10 minutes, then walk, eat, drink fine for a random period between like 1-30 minutes before I notice her doing it again.
I've separated her from the other chickens during the day, but they don't seem to be bullying her when they are together.
Her eyes are closed in this video, but they are usually open. This hen is usually very jumpy and fast, I've only managed to touch her a few times in her long life, typically if I touch her while she is like this she will snap out of it and start running away and eating again.
We've started giving her some different foods with a bit more nutients such as tuna, and she still has a pretty big appetite. This has been happening for around 4 days now.
