Wry neck? Or something else?

I have a 12 week old crested polish. 4 days ago she suddenly started acting like she has sever wry neck. She wasn't star gazing, she went strait to couldnt pick her head up off her chest, can't stand up, basically doing somersaults. I've been giving her vitamins 3 times a day for 4 days and have not seen even the slightest improvement. I've dealt with wry neck before and always seen at least a little improvement by now. I'm wondering if this could be something other than wry neck? Anyone delt with anything like this before?

I'm feeding them nature wise chick starter feed. I also put the electrolytes and probiotics in the water. Today is the same there is no improvement
