Wry neck- poly vi sol dosage?

thanks to the helpful people here on BYC I have been able to diagnose my 10 week old salmon faverolle with wry neck. I just picked up some poly vi sol and wondered how much I give her and how often? Thank you! I don't want to overdose the poor thing.

Under "correct feed and supplements" there is a dose listed here.

I am not sure this is the correct dose as I have never given this, but at least it is a starting point for you.
